jeffnords ephemeral ideas

I've started a new YouTube channel for my lo-fi ephemeral ideas videos. This channel is intended to be a placeholder for current event or reflection videos of varying quality. I don't want to sully my main YouTube channel with a bunch of ideological, temporal hogwash. It's not as if my standards are that high over there, but this channel might help me keep the other channel a little bit more special.

I've titled it "jeffnords ephemeral ideas" because I expect many of these ideas to fade away. I've started to upload some old videos that are already out of date because I want to make sure I've set the standard for anything to go up there. 

Another good thing about making the channel is that I can start making videos that compile my "30-second Twitter rants" which are fun to make on Twitter but annoying to embed into a webpage like this blog. This channel will allow me to keep my Twitter embedding a little less cumbersome on this weblog.

I'll still post about each of the uploaded videos here; I just want people who are interested in my artistic work to not be inundated with lo-fi ideological crap.

Unfortunately, I need 100 subscribers in order to earn a custom URL. That means that I'm going to have to do some self-promotion. Yikes.
