Jam at Echo Island Pub.

Last night I joined the jam at Echo Island Pub in Harrison Hot Springs.

My wife took this picture while I was playing. There were only four people there, but it was a rather non-intimidating moment for my first playing-in-front-of-people for the last year. I'd like to think it went well, even though I certainly need to learn my queues for the other musicians.

Here's one of the first pictures I've had in years that actually shows my series of pedals. I need to get a pedal board.

I played a few songs that came to mind that I knew I had somewhat memorized, things from my years of listening to K-Tel records and whatnot. My guitar sounded a little dorky, but that's what happens when you have big flatwound strings on a Strat.

I look forward to doing it again sometime.
